Lucky Dogs Boarding is owned and operated by Dale and Becky. Together, they bring decades of professional experience in public safety, emergency response, instruction, and dog care.

Dale is a retired law enforcement professional with 32 years of service, including experience as a K-9 handler and police instructor. He is a National Registry EMT, Stop the Bleed Instructor, and has spent more than a decade operating and managing a five-star rated German Shepherd rescue serving the Greater Houston area.

For over 30 years, Dale has worked with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and backgrounds, including many rescue dogs requiring structure, confidence building, socialization, and behavior modification.

Becky and Dale are both trained as certified instructors in CPR, First Aid, and AED programs through the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, and Emergency Care & Safety Institute. Dale received National Registry certification as an Emergency Medical Technician in 2001.  Their commitment to safety, education, and professional care extends to every dog entrusted to them.
